Where we ship

Nutricellis currently ships within the United States only. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Processing & delivery

Orders normally process within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, holidays, promotions, or circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside Nutricellis’ control.

Tracking & address accuracy

Tracking information is provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact YCvicepre@nutricellis.com with your order number and any helpful photos. We will review the issue and assist as appropriate.
